Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 2D & 3D architectural renders for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Develop realistic exterior and interior visualizations.
- Produce 3D walkthrough animations showcasing project features.
- Create 360° virtual tours and immersive presentations.
- Design site plans, floor plans, and landscape visualizations.
- Apply realistic lighting, textures, materials, and post-production enhancements.
- Collaborate with our design, marketing, and development teams to meet project requirements.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with architectural visualization.
- 3ds Max

- Blender
- Lumion
- Twinmotion
- V-Ray
- Corona Renderer
- Enscape
- Unreal Engine (Preferred)
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and CAD files.
- Experience in realistic lighting, landscaping, furniture placement, and material rendering.
- Ability to create smooth walkthrough animations and cinematic camera movements.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years of experience in architectural visualization.
- Experience working on real estate, builders, developers, luxury villas, apartments, commercial buildings, or townships.
- Strong portfolio showcasing architectural renders and walkthrough videos.
Bonus Skills
- Drone integration with 3D visualization.
- 360° VR presentations.
- AI-assisted rendering workflows.
- Motion graphics and video editing.
- Experience with international real estate projects.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
