We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage accounting, banking, export finance, statutory compliance, and team supervision for our textile export manufacturing business. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience in export-related transactions, banking coordination, GST compliance, and the ability to manage junior accounting staff.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger functions.
- Perform customer, vendor, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management review.
Export Accounts & Documentation
- Account and reconcile export sales, shipping documents, and export-related transactions.
- Coordinate with merchandising, logistics, and shipping teams regarding export orders and dispatches.
- Track export receivables and ensure timely realization of export proceeds.
- Handle export incentives, refunds, and related documentation.
Banking & Foreign Transactions
- Coordinate with banks for all banking activities, including export documentation, foreign remittances, Letter of Credit (LC) transactions, e-BRCs, packing credit, and bank guarantees.
- Monitor inward and outward payments and ensure timely submission of banking documents.
- Manage foreign currency transactions and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and resolve banking-related issues.
Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare data for GST returns, audits, and assessments.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for compliance purposes.
Team Management
- Supervise and manage junior accountants and accounting assistants.
- Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial records prepared by team members.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to improve team efficiency and accuracy.
- Allocate work and monitor adherence to reporting deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with Tally ERP, accounting software, and advanced MS Excel.
- Understanding of export procedures, banking operations, LC documentation, and foreign remittances.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter.
- 5–8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in an export-oriented manufacturing company.
- Experience in textile, home furnishing, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
