Patent Attorney
- Draft, review, and prosecute patent applications across various technologies and innovations.
- Conduct patentability searches, infringement analysis, and intellectual property due diligence.
- Handle responses to office actions, oppositions, and legal matters related to patents.
- Advise clients and internal teams on patent strategy, portfolio management, and IP protection.
- Coordinate with inventors, R&D teams, and international associates for patent filings and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of patent laws, legal drafting, litigation support, and intellectual property regulations required.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
