Job Overview:
We are looking for a Production Manager to handle day-to-day production operations for vinyl printing, signage, branding, and fabrication projects. The role involves coordinating with vendors, clients, designers, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle production activities for vinyl printing, signage, branding, and fabrication projects.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, designers, and installation teams.
- Ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of ongoing projects.
- Manage production costing, budgets, and vendor negotiations.
- Monitor material requirements and production timelines.
- Resolve production and installation-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
- Prepare production reports and coordinate daily operations.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of vinyl printing, signage, branding, and fabrication materials.
- Vendor management and installation coordination skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and production planning.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in production management.
- Experience in the signage, printing, branding, or fabrication industry preferred.
- Graduate or relevant qualification preferred.
