Key responsibilities include:
- Supervision of Installation: Overseeing the installation of various ELV systems, ensuring that they are set up correctly according to specifications and safety standards.
- Team Management: Managing a team of technicians and workers, providing guidance, and ensuring work is done on time and according to quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all ELV systems meet regulatory codes, standards, and quality requirements.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Supervising and assisting in the maintenance and troubleshooting of ELV systems, ensuring systems are operational and effective.
- Coordination: Liaising with contractors, engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and successful project completion.
- Site Inspections: Conducting regular site inspections to check the progress of installation, system performance, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining proper documentation of work done, reporting progress, and addressing any issues to senior management.
- Training and Development: Training junior staff on ELV systems and technology to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensuring the project complies with all safety and regulatory standards, as well as environmental and health regulations.
- System Testing: Overseeing the testing and commissioning of ELV systems to ensure they function as intended before handover to the client.
