Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, references, and site visits
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Conduct property presentations and site tours
- Build strong relationships with buyers, investors, and channel partners
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain CRM and sales reports
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth closures
- Negotiate pricing and assist clients through the booking process
Requirements
- Graduate preferred
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of Noida real estate market
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of CRM/MS Excel preferred
