This is a full-time Internship, on-site position located in Mumbai for a Teaching Faculty role at Vani Classes. The Teaching Faculty will be responsible for designing and delivering lessons aligned with the "Leadership-First" pedagogy, engaging students through interactive teaching techniques, and ensuring conceptual understanding. The role includes developing course materials, mentoring students, assessing their progress, and fostering soft skills such as critical thinking, public speaking, and confidence building. Faculty members will also collaborate with colleagues to create a high-energy and engaging learning environment.
- Strong teaching skills with a proven ability to engage and inspire students.
- Proficiency in soft skills development, including public speaking and critical thinking training.
- Experience with interactive teaching tools and methodologies for engagement-driven learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and nurturing leadership qualities in students.
- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing Degree in Education or a relevant field ; teaching certifications are a plus.
