Key Responsibilities
- Support in mounting solar panels on rooftops/ground structures
- Assist in wiring, cabling, and inverter connections
- Perform basic electrical safety checks under supervision
- Maintain tools, equipment, and site cleanliness
- Learn troubleshooting techniques for solar systems
Eligibility
- Students pursuing ITI / Diploma / Polytechnic / Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical)
- B.A / 12 th pass age should be 18+
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits & safety practices
- Interest in renewable energy and fieldwork
