Role Summary
The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, compliance, performance tracking, HR reporting, and process implementation.
The selected candidate will work closely with management and consultants to strengthen HR systems, improve workforce discipline, and support business growth across showroom and wholesale operations.
This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in building structured HR systems and growing along with an expanding retail organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Manage complete recruitment process from sourcing to joining
- Coordinate interviews with management and consultants
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding activities
- Ensure proper documentation and joining formalities
- Support manpower planning and hiring coordination
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues
- Handle grievance management and resolution process
- Maintain employee engagement and workplace discipline
- Support employee retention and positive work culture
Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
- Maintain daily attendance, leave, and LOP records
- Submit accurate payroll inputs and reports
- Ensure PF and ESI enrollment compliance
- Maintain statutory registers and employee documentation
- Track increment schedules and employee records
Performance Management & Reporting
- Track employee performance and productivity trends
- Support management in performance improvement initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analysis
- Conduct weekly and monthly HR review meetings with management
HR Systems & Process Development
- Develop and maintain HR SOPs and process documentation
- Standardize HR practices across departments and future branches
- Build HR process manuals and reporting formats
- Ensure policy implementation and process consistency
Exit Management & Attrition Analysis
- Conduct structured exit interviews
- Analyze attrition trends and employee feedback
- Maintain exit checklist and clearance process
- Support workforce retention improvement initiatives
Skills Required
- Good Tamil & English communication and employee handling skills
- Good problem-solving and coordination ability
- MS Office proficiency
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
