Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and user guides to support software deployment and maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and workflow design within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies related to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
