Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our patient acquisition and revenue growth efforts. The ideal candidate will manage the complete patient sales journey—from lead generation and consultation booking to treatment conversion and post-treatment follow-up. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, CRM expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Manage leads from Meta, Google, website, WhatsApp, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Improve consultation booking, attendance, and treatment conversion rates.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the sales team.
- Develop sales strategies, SOPs, and standardized sales scripts.
- Ensure timely lead follow-up and accurate CRM management.
- Monitor the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to treatment completion.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure a premium patient experience through ethical and consultative selling.
- Handle escalated patient concerns professionally.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,307.17 per month
