Purchase and Procurement Manager is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and buying the goods, materials, and services a company needs to operate. They handle vendor relationships, manage budgets, and oversee the entire acquisition life-cycle to ensure high quality at the best price.
Key Responsibilities Supplier Sourcing: Finding and evaluating reliable vendors.Contract Negotiation: Securing favourable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.Budget Monitoring: Tracking expenses and finding cost-saving opportunities.Inventory Oversight: Working with stock levels to avoid shortages or excess.

Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement of packaging materials
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors in line with company requirements
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track delivery schedules
- Ensure timely material availability to support uninterrupted operations
- Monitor vendor performance (OTIF, quality, responsiveness)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (planning, production, finance)
- Handle supply disruptions and escalate risks proactively
- Maintain procurement data, MIS, and documentation in ERP (SAP/other systems)
- Support cost-saving nitiatives and inventory optimization
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
