Key Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead Follow-up & Client Coordination Handle incoming business inquiries and qualified leads. Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings. Understand client requirements and business challenges. Coordinate product demonstrations and meetings with prospects. Sales & Business Development Present company solutions, products, and services to potential clients. Explain business automation, ERP, AI chatbot, and workflow solutions effectively. Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations. Negotiate and close deals professionally. Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients. Update lead status, communication history, and follow-up activities in CRM. Ensure proper customer engagement throughout the sales cycle. Support customer onboarding coordination after closure. Target Achievement Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Improve lead conversion ratio through strategic follow-up. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Coordination & Reporting Work closely with digital marketing and implementation teams. Submit daily follow-up reports and sales MIS. Share market feedback, customer insights, and competitor analysis. Required Skills Strong communication and convincing skills Good understanding of sales and customer handling Ability to conduct presentations and product demos Knowledge of CRM and sales pipeline management Basic understanding of ERP, SaaS, AI, or software solutions is preferred Good negotiation and relationship management skills Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online meeting tools
