About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of recruitment experience who are eager to build a career in international hiring and work with global clients across various industries.
The selected candidate will be involved in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the overall hiring process for multiple requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment activities for assigned positions
- Understand hiring needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly
- Publish job openings on portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn
- Identify potential candidates through databases, networking, and referrals
- Review candidate profiles and conduct preliminary screening calls
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth communication throughout the hiring cycle
- Support hiring for both IT and Non-IT requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Basic understanding of sourcing and screening processes
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in US shift timings
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn international recruitment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
