Job Summary
XElements Health Pvt Ltd is seeking a Customer Support Executive / Customer Success Executive to provide exceptional support and assistance to customers. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely support.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure successful issue resolution.
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.
- Identify customer feedback and share insights with relevant departments.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.
Mandatory RequirementsEducation
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Candidates from healthcare, life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, biotechnology, medical laboratory technology, or other medical-related backgrounds will be preferred.
Language Requirements
Candidates must be fluent in:
- Tamil
- English
- Hindi (Mandatory)
Additional preference will be given to candidates who can communicate in:
Candidates proficient in all the above languages will be highly preferred.
