- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams for flawless service flow.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and presentation at all times.
- Handle guest queries, preferences, and complaints with professionalism.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining elegance and cleanliness.
- Follow SOPs, service etiquette, and luxury hospitality standards.
