- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and project schedule.
- Manage and coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other site workers.
- Monitor work quality, measurements, alignment, finishing and workmanship.
- Ensure proper execution of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting and interior works.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Designers, Production Team and vendors.
- Track daily manpower and work progress.
- Check material availability at site and report shortages or damages.
- Identify site issues and resolve them quickly or escalate them to the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper site housekeeping, safety and protection of completed work.
- Send regular site progress updates with photos/videos.
- Ensure projects are completed on time with minimum rework and material wastage.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in construction / interior execution / site supervision.
- Experience in residential projects is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand construction and interior drawings.
- Good knowledge of site measurements and execution.
- Good manpower handling and coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to travel to different project sites in and around Salem.
- ITI / Diploma / Civil Engineering qualification is preferred.
