Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
- Manage day-to-day social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities.
- Plan and manage social media campaigns, promotions, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to produce high-quality visual and written content.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and audience insights.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Build relationships with influencers, partners, and online communities to increase brand visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
