We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Branch Manager to lead our branch operations and drive admissions while ensuring academic and administrative excellence.
Key Responsibilities -
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets.
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and admissions.
Lead and supervise the admissions, academic, and administrative teams.
Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities.
Monitor inquiry conversion, student retention, and fee collection.
Ensure smooth scheduling of classes, examinations, and academic activities.
Handle student and parent queries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports.
Ensure compliance with academy policies and maintain a positive learning environment.
Eligibility - Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Branch Manager or Centre Head specifically in any coaching institute.

Proven experience in admissions, Counseling, sales, operations or team management will be preferred.
