Job Summary
Chanakya Business School is seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead branch growth, admissions, revenue generation, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, building institutional partnerships, managing sales teams, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive admissions, revenue growth, and branch profitability.
- Develop and execute business development and market expansion strategies.
- Build partnerships with colleges, institutions, corporates, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor the sales, counseling, and business development teams.
- Plan and oversee seminars, workshops, events, and promotional activities.
- Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion processes.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Territory Management.
- Strong experience in team handling and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build strategic partnerships and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
