Role:
Manage salon operations, drive sales, lead team, and ensure premium client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle daily operations & staff management
- Ensure high service quality & hygiene standards
- Manage appointments, inventory, and client relations
- Resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in salon/retail management
- Strong sales & leadership skills
