- Assess children and create individualized occupational therapy plans.
- Conduct regular evaluations and update therapy programs based on progress.
- Support children in developing functional, motor, sensory, and daily living skills.
- Guide and counsel parents on their child's needs, progress, and home-based interventions.
- Collaborate with Special Educators and Centre Heads to ensure effective therapy and consistent support.
- Recommend adaptive equipment, orthotic/prosthetic aids, and environmental modifications when required.
- Maintain therapy records, reports, case studies, and monitor follow-up on recommendations.
- Conduct parent and staff training sessions and create educational resources.
- Stay updated with the latest therapy techniques and maintain therapy equipment properly.
- Ensure high-quality, standardized occupational therapy services across all Muskan Foundation centres.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
