SEFORGE Limited is looking for a Junior Engineer – Foundry QA to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of foundry quality processes, inspection techniques, and measuring instruments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections in the foundry sand laboratory.
- Monitor spectro testing and melting process control.
- Conduct dimensional inspections of cast components.
- Support quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with production teams to maintain process quality and continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of the No-Bake Foundry Process.
- Understanding of measuring instruments and their handling.
- Knowledge of dimensional inspection techniques.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy.
- 1–3 years of experience in Foundry Quality/QA (Freshers with relevant academic knowledge may also apply).
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
