We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales & Operations Executive to join our team. The role involves regular market visits, customer relationship management, order booking, and coordination with the dispatch team to ensure timely deliveries.
Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development
- Travel extensively across assigned territories for customer visits.
- Tour approximately 10–15 days per month.
- Meet distributors, retailers, and dealers to generate orders.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Office & Operations
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and payments.
- Coordinate with dispatch staff for timely order processing and deliveries.
- Communicate with customers regarding dispatch status and order updates.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Report to the factory office during non-tour days.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience.
- Experience in sportswear, apparel, footwear, sporting goods, or FMCG sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with prior experience in sportswear or garment sales will be given preference. We are looking for a hardworking individual who enjoys meeting customers, developing business, and taking ownership of sales growth.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
