Job Summary
Merzecool Systems is seeking a highly skilled, smart, and well-experienced HVAC Site supervisor Engineer with a strong focus on Project Coordination and Management for our Thrissur showroom. With active operations across Thrissur and Palakkad, we need a proactive professional to lead our site execution, streamline team communications, and ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Management: Act as the central point of contact between site teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal management to ensure seamless project execution.
- Site Supervision & Timeline Management: Track daily project milestones, manage resource allocation, resolve site bottlenecks, and maintain strict project schedules.
- HVAC Execution: Oversee site installations, quality control, and testing/commissioning for commercial and residential HVAC systems (VRF/VRV, Chillers, Ductable systems, Split ACs).
- Estimation & Documentation: Prepare project timelines, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), progress reports, and handle client approvals efficiently.
- Client & Showroom Interaction: Provide technical coordination and project updates during client consultations at our Thrissur showroom.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (technical background preferred, but relevant field experience is primary).
- Experience: Proven, extensive experience in HVAC project coordination, site engineering, and end-to-end project management.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, multi-tasking, communication, and site coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple site projects simultaneously and manage technician teams effectively.

Location: Thrissur, Kerala (with site travel as required)
