With a strong presence across multiple locations, including Bhopal (Headquarters), Mumbai, Hyderabad, Indore, and Orai, we serve a diverse clientele in industries such as FMCG, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, and Railways. The firm is now expanding into Information Consulting business and in the process of developing its copyright tools. The firm is seeking a candidate in the marketing field to expand and boost its market presence.
As part of our expansion, we are venturing into Information Consulting and actively developing proprietary tools to innovate the industry. To strengthen our market presence and support business growth, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing & HR Executive to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Marketing & HR Executive will play a vital role in enhancing the firm's brand visibility and supporting HR functions to foster a thriving workplace. This hybrid position requires a creative, proactive, and highly organized professional who can seamlessly manage marketing strategies while contributing to HR initiatives.
As a part of this role, you will be involved in branding, content marketing, social media management, employee engagement, and recruitment support to drive the firm’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Responsibilities:
Brand Development: Assist in strategizing and executing marketing campaigns to strengthen brand recognition and market reach.
Content Creation & Digital Marketing:
- Develop engaging content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and website updates.
- Leverage tools like Canva, Microsoft Designer, and video editing software for visually appealing marketing materials.
Social-media & Online Presence:
- Manage company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) to enhance digital engagement.
- Create and execute content strategies aligned with industry trends and company goals.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct industry research to identify growth opportunities and emerging marketing trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and propose strategies to stay ahead in the market.
SEO & Performance Tracking:
- Assist in website SEO optimization to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics, social media insights, and email tracking tools.
HR Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Support the hiring process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage hiring portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn Jobs.
Onboarding & Employee Integration:
- Organize and facilitate onboarding programs to ensure new employees integrate smoothly into company culture.
Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture:
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and internal communication programs.
- Work on initiatives to enhance workplace morale and employee retention.
Training & Development:
- Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions, workshops, and skill enhancement programs.
Key Requirements:
✔ Education: Master’s degree in marketing, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Skills & Competencies:
· Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills.
· Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Familiarity with social media platforms, content marketing strategies, and digital marketing tools.
· Basic knowledge of HR policies, recruitment processes, and employee engagement.
· Hands-on experience with MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
✔ Preferred Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in design and editing tools like Canva, Microsoft Designer, and video editing software.
· Understanding of SEO, analytics, and performance tracking tools.
