L4 – Lead Security Architect / Senior Lead Engineer (Proofpoint & M365 Security)
Core Focus
Enterprise architecture, strategic consulting, major incident escalation, complex integrations, and security transformation leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and lead enterprise-scale deployments of:
Proofpoint Email Protection
Targeted Attack Protection (TAP)
Proofpoint DLP
Microsoft Purview Information Protection & DLP
Exchange Online Security Solutions
Define and implement security roadmaps, governance frameworks, and data protection strategies for multiple customers.
Lead end-to-end integration of Proofpoint platforms within Microsoft 365 environments.
Design enterprise email security architecture including:
Exchange Online Protection (EOP)
Microsoft Defender for Office 365
Secure Mail Flow Architecture
Domain Protection (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Provide executive-level technical leadership for high-severity incidents and escalations.
Coordinate with Proofpoint, Microsoft, and third-party vendors for critical issue resolution.
Oversee platform optimization, performance tuning, operational maturity, and service improvements across multiple environments.
Deliver strategic consulting, governance assessments, security reviews, and executive briefings.
Drive innovation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies in email security, data protection, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
1. To ensure generation of tower level EE & EN revenue
2. To ensure that all responsibilities, tasks and escalations/crisis are closed as per agreed SLA norms
3. To oversee Operational Hygiene, validate reports and ensure that services are provided as per agreed SOW
4. To promote positive customer satisfaction and develop new initiatives/ frameworks to improve the same
5. To oversee and implement Profit Improvement Plan (PIP) through levers like Automation & self-driven initiatives     Â
