Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager who can think like a business owner, build a strong client franchise, and drive consistent revenue in stock broking and wealth management.
This role is ideal for professionals, especially traders or revenue-focused individuals, who want to break the limitations of fixed salary and scale income based on performance.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition & Revenue Building
- Acquire and onboard HNI, UHNI, and active trading clients
- Build a strong personal book through references, networking, and market outreach
- Drive broking revenue, margin funding, and trading activity
2. Wealth Product Cross-Selling
- Identify opportunities and advise clients on:
- Mutual Funds
- PMS and AIFs
- Structured Products and Bonds
- Increase wallet share and client stickiness
3. Client Relationship & Retention
- Build long-term relationships with high-value clients
- Act as a trusted advisor, not just a transaction executor
- Ensure consistent engagement through meetings, calls, and updates
4. Market & Advisory Engagement
- Track markets actively and engage clients with actionable insights
- Coordinate with research and dealing teams for execution
- Convert market opportunities into revenue-generating ideas
5. Business Ownership Mindset
- Build and manage your own client P&L
- Focus on monthly revenue generation and long-term compounding of client base
- Participate in seminars, investor meets, and business development initiatives
Candidate Profile
- 3–8 years of experience in stock broking, wealth management, or financial services
- Strong inclination towards trading, markets, and client engagement
- Existing client base is preferred but not mandatory
- High ownership mindset and strong drive to grow income
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Compensation Structure
- Fixed salary plus highly performance-linked earnings
- Opportunity to earn ₹1 lakh or more per month based on revenue generation

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
