We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our Financial Services practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, data mining, and client outreach. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential, as this role plays a key part in identifying and nurturing potential clients across the financial services ecosystem.

Experience
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience into Inside sales

Identify and generate leads via data mining, LinkedIn, industry platforms, and online tools

Maintain and update lead databases with key decision-makers and influencers

Support the Director and senior team members with pre-sales research and meeting coordination

Conduct outbound email and call campaigns to schedule discovery meetings

Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups using Excel and CRM tools

Track market activity and competition to identify business development opportunities

Assist in creating sales dashboards, client outreach trackers, and MIS reporting
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in inside sales or business development

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Excel (data handling) and PowerPoint

Ability to work independently and manage multiple lead funnels
- Exposure to the financial services or consulting domain

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Lusha, Apollo, or similar tools
