Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager (Institutional Partnerships & Outreach), you will be responsible for expanding EduNirvana's institutional network by developing strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations.
The role combines business development, relationship management, educational outreach, presentations, and student engagement to generate qualified student opportunities and strengthen EduNirvana's presence across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and develop partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations.
- Build long-term relationships with principals, directors, counselors, and other key decision-makers through MoUs and strategic collaborations.
- Plan and conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, workshops, scholarship awareness programs, and orientation sessions for students and parents.
- Ensure successful onboarding, activation, and continuous engagement of partner institutions.
- Represent EduNirvana at education fairs, school events, exhibitions, and outreach initiatives.
- Generate and track qualified student enquiries, registrations, and admissions through institutional partnerships.
- Coordinate with the counseling and admissions teams to ensure seamless execution and conversion of student leads.
- Maintain CRM records, outreach reports, institutional pipeline, and partnership performance.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual partnership, outreach, and admission targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- New institutional partnerships established.
- Partner institution activation and engagement.
- Career sessions, seminars, and outreach programs conducted.
- Qualified student enquiries, registrations, and admissions generated.
- Revenue contribution through institutional partnerships.
- Partner retention, CRM compliance, and business development targets.
RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, Partnerships, Admissions, or Educational Outreach.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Study Abroad, Test Preparation, or Career Counseling will be an advantage.
Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Strong relationship-building, networking, and negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Comfortable with field visits, institutional meetings, seminars, and events.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, outreach activities, and institutional engagements.
