What You'll Do:
- Work directly with the Founder on high-priority process initiatives
- Build reports, dashboards, and business trackers
- Identify inefficiencies and improve internal processes
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely execution
- Conduct research, analysis, and problem-solving on business challenges
- Create SOPs and documentation for scalable operations
- Own projects from idea to execution
Who We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Analytics, Business, Consulting, Project Management, or similar roles
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Comfortable working with data and reports
- Quick learner with a high ownership mindset
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc. is a plus
