Job Summary:
We need an entrepreneurial Digital Marketing Lead to take full ownership of the marketing process for our fundraising business as well as our own company’s marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Marketing: Manage the entire lifecycle of our marketing outreach to investors by executing email marketing campaigns, tracking performance, optimizing campaigns and preparing internal and client reports.
- Firm Marketing: Manage firm’s external presence, including social media, website, presentation materials, and newsletters.

- Data Integrity & Confidentiality: You will be handling highly sensitive investor information. You must be extremely responsible with data and maintain absolute confidentiality.
- Startup Flexibility: You must be available and willing to work extended hours during peak fundraising cycles to meet New York deadlines.
- The "Owner" Mindset: You don't just follow a process; you own it and improve it. You see a bottleneck or a scheduling conflict and you fix it before it becomes a problem.
- Zero Ego: You can pivot from high-level process management to manual scheduling in the same hour. You understand that "menial" tasks are often the most critical for closing deals.
- AI Mastery: Familiarity with AI tools to work faster, smarter, and cheaper.
- Proficiency in English: Your written and verbal communication must meet New York professional standards.
Compensation:
- Salary will be commensurate with experience.
- Package includes a competitive base salary plus a performance-based bonus tied to firm success and fundraising growth.
