- Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other online channels.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate and qualify new leads.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order or service processing.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports.
