The ideal candidate is a hands-on web developer with experience working in a company that builds and delivers websites and web applications for clients.
You should be comfortable taking a project from understanding the requirements and working with designs through development, API/CMS integration, testing, debugging, and deployment.
More importantly, we are looking for someone who takes responsibility for their work, is willing to learn, communicates well, and wants to grow into a developer who can independently handle projects and eventually take a leadership role within the development team.
