We are looking for a well-spoken, presentable and self-driven Business Development
professional who can help us build strong corporate relationships and expand our work with
organisations.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and reach out to corporates, HR leaders, founders, L&D teams and key
decision-makers
● Build and manage a strong lead pipeline through LinkedIn outreach, emails, calls,
referrals, networking events and business forums
● Conduct introductory calls and preliminary meetings to understand client requirements
● Pitch Conscious Future’s corporate workshops, leadership programmes and
organisational wellbeing solutions
● Support the end-to-end sales process, including follow-ups, proposal discussions, client
coordination and lead conversion
● Assist in planning and executing outreach campaigns for corporate workshops and
leadership development programmes
● Track leads, meetings, follow-ups, proposals and conversion opportunities in a
structured manner
● Represent Conscious Future professionally across business platforms, events,
networking forums and professional communities
● Support internal coordination, client communication and day-to-day business operations
when required
Ideal Candidate
● 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Client
Acquisition, Strategic Partnerships or L&D Sales
● Prior experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, HR Consulting,
Coaching, Wellness, Education, Consulting or service-based B2B sales will be
preferred
● Excellent spoken and written communication skills
● Presentable, confident and comfortable interacting with HR leaders, founders, CXOs,
L&D teams and senior decision-makers
● Strong networking and corporate outreach skills
● Ability to open conversations, generate opportunities and build long-term client
relationships
● Skilled at introductory calls, sales presentations, follow-ups and proposal discussions
● Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, calls, CRM tracking and lead nurturing
● Ability to understand client challenges and position solutions effectively
● Self-driven, proactive, target-oriented and comfortable working in a growing organisation

Candidates based in Gurugram or open to relocating to Gurugram will be preferred.
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Compensation: CTC- ₹4.20 Lacs - ₹6 Lacs.
Fixed salary with performance-linked incentives. Compensation will be based on experience,
communication skills, industry exposure and business development capability.
Important Note: Candidates without relevant experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales,
Learning & Development, Corporate Training, HR Consulting, Client Acquisition or Strategic
Partnerships may not be considered.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
