We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves interacting with potential and existing customers over calls, explaining services/products, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Handle inbound calls and customer queries professionally
- Explain company services clearly
- Generate leads and close sales
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM
- Follow up with interested clients regularly

- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
