- Lead efforts to improve deployment processes and infrastructure scalability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to align development and operational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure as code tools.
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration technologies and continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Familiarity with security best practices in software deployment and infrastructure management.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize performance.
- Experience with automation scripting and configuration management.
