A new hospitality venture by Baijupara Hospitality is opening soon in Jaipur, and we're looking for a passionate and skilled Head Barista to join our founding team.

If you have a deep appreciation for coffee, strong technical expertise, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has hands-on experience with espresso machines and coffee brewing techniques
- Understands coffee extraction, dialing in, milk texturing, and beverage consistency
- Has experience with specialty coffee and manual brewing methods such as V60, AeroPress, French Press, Chemex, and Pour Over
- Can train and lead a barista team while maintaining quality standards
- Maintains high standards of cleanliness, workflow, and customer service
- Is passionate about coffee culture and eager to grow with an exciting new café concept
As our Head Barista, you'll play a key role in shaping the coffee program, maintaining beverage quality, training staff, and creating exceptional coffee experiences from day one.
