Planters Punch Resort is looking for a reliable, polite, and guest-friendly driver to assist with guest sightseeing, local transfers, pick-ups, drops, and other travel requirements.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with Ooty and Nilgiris routes, drive safely, and be comfortable interacting with tourists, families, and resort guests.
Responsibilities:
- Drive resort guests for sightseeing in and around Ooty
- Handle local pick-ups, drops, and guest transfers
- Assist with airport, railway station, or bus stand transfers if required
- Maintain safe, smooth, and responsible driving at all times
- Keep the vehicle clean and guest-ready
- Coordinate trip timings with the front office/resort team
- Help guests with basic information about sightseeing places and routes
- Maintain polite and professional behaviour with guests
Requirements:
- Valid driving licence required
- Experience driving in Ooty/Nilgiris preferred
- Good knowledge of Ooty sightseeing routes and local roads
- Must be punctual, polite, responsible, and well-mannered
- Should be comfortable dealing with tourists and families
- Basic communication skills required
- Immediate joining preferred
