Location: Sevashi , Ajwa Road Vadodara, Gujarat Job Type: Full-time, On-site About the Company Established in 2004, Jagdamba Sales Corporation is a leading electronics, air-conditioning, distribution and service organization in Central Gujarat. We are expanding our operations through DRT Supermart and are looking for responsible candidates to join our Odoo ERP Operations Team. Job Summary The selected candidates will be responsible for accurately managing daily business transactions and operational activities in Odoo ERP. They will work with the Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, CRM, Helpdesk and Field Service departments. Key Responsibilities - Create and verify GRNs against Purchase Orders and supplier invoices. - Record inward stock with correct quantity, serial number, batch, expiry and damage details. - Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and sales invoices. - Process approved sales returns, credit notes and debit notes. - Enter new enquiries and leads in CRM. - Schedule follow-ups, update customer communication and maintain the sales pipeline. - Create customer complaints and Helpdesk/Field Service tickets. - Assign technicians, prepare work orders and update service job status. - Upload job sheets, service reports, customer approvals and payment details. - Maintain accurate customer, vendor, product and price-list information. - Attach invoices, purchase orders, GRNs, delivery documents and other supporting records in Odoo. - Assist with stock transfers, inventory checking and reconciliation. - Ensure that transactions of Jagdamba Sales Corporation and DRT Supermart are recorded under the correct company. - Prepare daily completed-work, pending-work and exception reports. - Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, Service and Management teams. - Immediately report stock, invoice, payment or documentation mismatches. - Support backlog clearance, month-end reconciliation and management reports. - Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of company and customer data. Candidate Requirements - Graduate or diploma holder in Commerce, Management, Computer Applications, IT or a related field. - Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or another ERP system will be strongly preferred. - Knowledge of GRN, inventory, invoicing, CRM, accounts or field-service processes will be an advantage. - Comfortable using computers, MS Excel, email, scanners and digital documents. - Good data-entry speed with a strong focus on accuracy. - Basic understanding of business documents such as Purchase Orders, GRNs, invoices and delivery challans. - Ability to communicate in Hindi and Gujarati; basic English is required. - Experience in electronics, air-conditioning, retail, distribution, warehouse or service operations will be an added advantage. - Freshers with excellent computer skills, discipline and a strong willingness to learn Odoo may also apply. Work Expectations - Complete daily entries and assigned work on the same day. - Be punctual and maintain regular attendance. - Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and pending work. - Follow approval processes; unauthorized deletion, backdating or stock adjustment is strictly prohibited. - Inform Management in advance about leave, or immediately in case of a medical emergency. - Work cooperatively with all departments and maintain an organization-first mindset. - Be willing to provide additional support during peak business and festival periods.
