Hiring: Tourism Trainer
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Tourism Trainer to join our skill development team and train youth in the dynamic field of Travel & Tourism.
Position: Tourism Trainer- Location: South Delhi
Type: Full-time / Contract (as applicable)
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet any one of the following qualifications:
Option 1
- Post-Graduation in Travel & Tourism Management or Tourism & Hospitality
- From a recognized Institute/University
- Minimum 1 year work or teaching experience
Option 2
- Post Graduate Diploma in Travel & Tourism Management or Tourism & Hospitality
- From a recognized Institute/University
- Minimum 2 years work or teaching experience
Option 3
- 3-year Degree/Diploma after Class XII in Tourism & Travel Management
- From a recognized Institute/University
- Minimum 3 years industrial experience in Travel & Tourism sector
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions on tourism operations, travel management, and hospitality basics
- Develop lesson plans, practical modules, and assessment tools
- Guide students on industry practices such as ticketing, tour planning, customer service, and destination knowledge
- Conduct assessments and track learner progress
- Support placement readiness and industry exposure for trainees
- Maintain training documentation and reports

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
