We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sample Cum Pattern Master with strong knowledge of knitted garment sampling and pattern development. The ideal candidate will oversee the sample room operations, ensure timely development of accurate samples, and work closely with designers, pattern makers, and production teams to bring designs to life efficiently.
- Develop accurate and efficient patterns for various knitted garment styles as per design specifications.
- Plan, organize, and supervise the sampling process from initial concept to final approved sample.
- Collaborate with designers, merchandisers, and production teams to ensure sample feasibility and production readiness.
- Review and analyze tech packs, fabric types, trims, and construction methods before sampling.
- Ensure fit, measurement, and finishing quality meet buyer and brand requirements.
- Maintain sample records, track sample status, and meet development timelines.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in pattern making, fitting, or sewing during the sample stage.
- Support continuous improvement in sampling efficiency and fabric utilization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
