Urgently Hiring for HR Recruiter cum Counselor
Experience Required - Fresher to 6 months
Preferred : Immediate Joiner + Local candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage recruitment processes.
2. Screening resume, Calling candidates, scheduling Interviews etc.
3. Handling Training students, counselling, queries etc.
4.Act as a first point of contact for any walk-in's.
5. Address employee queries and support engagement activities.
6. Approach college/University for Visits.
Qualification:
Bachelor's in HR or related field.
Familiarity with HR software and MS Office.
Must have good communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
