Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day back office operations
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases
- Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets (Excel)
- Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Accounts, Sales)
- Manage emails, data entry, and documentation work
- Assist in billing, invoice preparation, and follow-ups
- Support management with administrative tasks
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of work
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of office procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
