Job Title: Manager-Sales
- The Manager-Sales will be responsible for lead management, customer engagement, site visit coordination, relationship building, and conversion of prospects for retirement housing and club memberships. The role requires a customer-advisory mindset with strong sales, networking, and coordination capabilities to ensure excellent customer experience from first contact through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Customer Engagement
· Handle inbound leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries.
· Make proactive outbound calls to prospects to explain the concept and services.
· Understand customer objectives and address objections effectively.
· Encourage and convert enquiries into site visits and trial stays.
2. Relationship Building & Sales Conversion
· Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers in their best interest for retirement housing.
· Build credibility and long-term relationships with prospects.
3. Site Visit Planning & Execution
· Plan, coordinate, and conduct site visits to provide a warm and memorable experience.
· Arrange visits covering the project, central block, amenities, and dwelling units.
· Escort customers through a guided tour and address their queries professionally.
4. Networking & Business Development
· Network with influencers, RWAs, associations, clubs, and industry/service partners.
· Generate leads and site visits through referral and partnership channels.
5. Sales Promotions & Events
· Plan and execute promotional events and activities across assigned catchment areas.
· Actively participate in marketing and awareness initiatives.
6. Club Membership Sales
· Develop and execute strategies for club membership acquisition.
· Conduct site visits and presentations for club membership prospects.
7. MIS, Reporting & Data Analysis
· Maintain and analyze sales data and MIS reports.
· Share periodic performance reports with management.
· Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve productivity and conversions.
8. Sales Administration & Documentation
· Maintain updated sales charts detailing sold and unsold units.
· Plan and execute strategies for selling individual units.
· Ensure timely documentation, billing, data collection, and collections.
9. Customer Onboarding & Post-Sale Support
· Own the onboarding process for new residents.
· Coordinate moving-in activities and support services.
· Orient residents to the project and ensure comfort during initial days by coordinating with operations teams.
10. Digital Marketing & PR Support
· Contribute to digital marketing initiatives, social media activities, and PR efforts.
11. Additional Responsibilities
· Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by management.
Candidate Profile Education:
· Graduate or above
Experience:
· Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, customer engagement, or relationship management

Compensation & Benefits
· Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
· Incentives: Performance-based incentives applicable
