S3 Store, operated by Wolves Creata, is a growing retail and distribution business. We are looking for a dedicated Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and inventory-related operations for our warehouse (go-down).
Job Details
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: 1-2 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
Salary: As per industry standards
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record purchase, sales, expense, and stock entries in Tally Prime.
- Maintain inventory records and perform stock reconciliation.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and E-Way Bills.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Monitor vendor payments and customer receivables.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock verification and reporting.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of accounting experience.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, and MS Excel.
- Experience in inventory, retail, trading, or warehouse accounting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
