We are looking for a dynamic professional who can drive business growth through government tenders, GeM bidding, LinkedIn outreach, and B2B lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Government Tender & GeM Management
- Search and identify relevant tenders through GeM, CPPP, and other procurement portals.
- Manage end-to-end bid submission processes on GeM.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and bid documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical and financial requirements.
- Track bid status, order processing, and tender renewals.
- Maintain records and MIS reports related to bids, orders, and submissions.
- Upload and update products/services on the GeM portal.
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and market research.
- Identify potential clients for IT services, software development, e-commerce solutions, and digital marketing services.
- Initiate conversations with prospects and schedule discovery meetings.
- Conduct basic client requirement gathering and follow-ups.
- Support proposal creation and business presentations.
- Maintain CRM and lead tracking reports.
Client Engagement
- Coordinate with prospective clients and existing customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Required Skills:
- Experience in GeM Portal operations and Government Tender Management.
- Knowledge of bid documentation and quotation preparation.
- B2B Lead Generation experience.
- LinkedIn outreach and prospecting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Experience in IT Services, Software Sales, Digital Marketing, or Technology Solutions (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline with 1–3 years of experience in GeM Bidding, Tender Management, Business Development, or IT Sales. Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dwarka Mor Metro Station, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
