Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee all on-site installation activities and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within client deadlines. The candidate will supervise installation teams, coordinate with management and clients, monitor work progress, and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision & Installation Management
- Supervise and manage all installation activities at project sites
- Ensure installation work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and client requirements
- Monitor daily site operations and workforce productivity
- Guide and support installation technicians and workers on-site
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials
- Take responsibility for successful completion
- Prepare daily site reports and progress updates
- Share installation status, delays, challenges, and completion reports with management
- Maintain records of materials, manpower, and site activities
- Coordinate documentation related to inspections and handovers
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1 years of experience in site supervision or installation projects
- Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks under deadlines
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and reporting documentation
- Willingness to travel to project sites if required
Salary
20000.00 – 25000 per month
