Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Export Sales Manager with 5–8 years of experience in international markets to drive global expansion and contribute to annual sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to drive revenue and annual growth targets.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities; manage global clients and distributors.
- Conduct market research and track industry trends and competition.
- Manage end-to-end export operations including pricing, negotiations, and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and report to management.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs and client meetings.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, International Trade, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in export sales/international business (preferably FMCG/confectionery).
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and global compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
