Job Description :
Contact Center Professionals who are willing to execute projects for different clients in different industries- essentially most of these projects would involve a high volume of outbound calls and flexibility to switch seamlessly between clients/ campaigns, target markets, time zones and scripts. It is expected that the best of those who handle such a profile with discipline, initiative and consistency, apart from opportunities to grow with us, also set themselves up for an exciting career in inside - sales in the US/ UK markets.
These projects involve Business to Business, Business to Customers, Lead Generation and Appointment setting calls. Candidate Profile:
Candidates should be excellent in communication skills. Good organization and planning skills. Good teamwork skills, Adaptability. No regional accent, grammatically accurate and good sentence construction and the intellectual ability to understand client requirements. Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts, rotational offs. Must have previous experience in international BPO.
Total experience : 1 year to 5 years. Candidate who are looking for a stable career and can back it up with performance & discipline would find us a great place to be in for a long time.
